Mood Board: Decorative Luxe

LUXOTIC's 2021 Mood Board is all about decorative luxe. This year's fashion and interiors trends feature whimsical painted flower motifs - exemplified in Eastern European traditional painted interiors. We love the contrast of these brightly painted shapes against crisp white backgrounds.

We've also taken inspiration from the Middle East - drawing on antique murals and motifs found in ancient stately homes and palaces. We love the exotic flora and fauna found in this art; how the artists breathe life into their designs.

Closer to home, we've rediscovered our nostalgia for paisley prints; pouring over vintage prints that feature intricate borders and feminine patterns. We thought the 70s had had their day, but they are back in a big way - we've just given them a bit of a 21st century LUXOTIC makeover.
